Tina Shoemaker

Tina has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, with a career built on high-level customer service, leadership, and personalized financial guidance. She has held a wide range of roles in retail banking, mortgage lending, and commercial relationship management, including senior leadership positions at both regional and national financial institutions. Tina joined the Overland Park office in August 2025, where she continues to focus on helping clients achieve long-term financial well-being through tailored banking solutions.

Tina is a graduate of the Chamber Leadership Jefferson City program and was honored as one of Jefferson City’s 40 Under 40. She also earned the Lifetime Ambassador designation from the Denton, TX Chamber of Commerce for her outstanding civic involvement and leadership.

Interests and Activities

Throughout her career, Tina has been deeply involved in the community, contributing her time and leadership to various organizations. Over the years she has served in several civic and non-profits groups such as local chambers, Kiwanis, Rotary, United Way, American Heart Association, and Habitat for Humanity. Tina has also contributed to groups including the Denton Benefit League, Children’s Advocacy Center of North Texas, and the Discover Jefferson City Foundation Board. Recently relocated to Kansas City with her husband, Tina enjoys exploring the area and will continue to stay connected to the community.
